I have a friend who is hospitalized in Paris (La Pitié Salpétrière, neurologic réanimation Pr Charles PIERROT-DESEILLIGNY). She is suffering from a neurologic disease which the french neurologists can’t identify. It has started with a encephalitis meningitis with epilepsy crises three months ago. Also, she couldn't breathes by herself. She has been moved in Reanimation where they tried all the antiepileptics known. They also have tried a spécial diet but all of this didn’t work. Crises stop for 2 or 3 days but they always come back. Also, the MRIs show new lesions every 3 weeks (in particular in the sea horse). She is in a artificial coma to prevent the crises. The neurologists don’t know what to do now so I’m looking for people who have known or who know someone with the same symptoms…
