Memorial Donation in Memory of
you will receive a written receipt via US mail. The family will be notified that you made a memorial gift when you provide the information for notification..

All donations will be made through our PayPal Secured Credit Card Page. Information exchanged on this site will be fully encrypted. Here you can make one-time donations or setup and manage a recurring donation.

In Your Will

The Meningitis Foundation of America appreciates your interest and concern. Contributions to MFA increase opportunities of education, awareness, and the prevention of meningitis. Thank you for your tax deductible gift to MFA.

A gift to MFA in your will is the perfect way to support the education, awareness, and prevention of meningitis beyond your lifetime. In order to make this happen, your will should state:

“I give and bequeath to the Meningitis Foundation of America, Inc., a non-profit corporation with a Federal ID # 35-2019053, having its primary office at P.O. Box 1818, El Mirage, AZ 85335 or its successor.

(Amount Option 1)…..the sum of the $_____________.....
(Or Amount Option 2)…..____________ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate…..
(Or Amount Option 3)…..the following assets: (for example real estate, securities, personal property)…..

(Purpose Option A)…..to be used for general purposes of the organization.
(Purpose Option B)…..to be used for the following purposes: (for example research, education, awareness, advocacy).”

A bequest of currency, property, or appreciated securities to the Meningitis Foundation of America is fully deductible for estate tax purposes. You need an attorney to help you draft your will and meet the legal requirements.
